Wholesale Terms

1. Approval & Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are offered to retail businesses with a valid resale license or tax identification number. All applications are subject to approval by Linen House Hawaii.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Approved wholesale partners will receive access to a wholesale pricing sheet.
• All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless alternative payment terms are arranged in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Cash, Zelle.

3. Minimum Orders

• Opening Order Minimum: $1,000
• Re-order Minimum: $500

4. Shipping & Handling

• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from payment receipt.
• Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

5. Returns & Damaged Goods

• Returns are not accepted on wholesale orders except in cases of damaged or defective items.
• Claims for damage must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order and include photos.
• Approved returns will be eligible for exchange or credit.

6. Product Representation & Resale

• Products must be sold under the Linen House Hawaii name.
• Rebranding or altering product labels is not permitted without written consent.
• Selling on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay) is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing.
• Products may be sold in physical retail stores or through your own e-commerce platform.

7. Termination

Linen House Hawaii reserves the right to terminate this wholesale agreement at any time for breach of terms or inappropriate representation of the brand.

8. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, terms, and materials are confidential and may not be shared outside of your business organization.
