We offer free returns within 60 days for all orders placed directly through Linen House Hawaii.

• Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Discounts and offers will be reflected in your refund amount.

Exclusions – Non-refundable items:

• Final Sale items (deeply discounted and not eligible for return)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
